CDA Internship Program 2024
1. Submission Deadline: Only online applications submitted before the closing date of June 6, 2024,will be considered. Access the application form via this link: https://apps.cda.gov.pk/jobs/internships
2. Academic Performance: Candidates with an outstanding academic record will be shortlisted. The marks obtained in SSC, HSSC, and Bachelor's or equivalent will each be given a weightage of thirty (30) marks, totaling ninety (90) marks.
3. Interview Shortlisting: Names of candidates shortlisted for the interview will be posted on the CDA website along with detailed guidelines.
4. Interview Marks: The interview will be allocated ten (10) marks. Candidates with the highest total marks based on merit will be considered for the internship offer.
5. Internship Details: The internship will last for six months, with a monthly stipend of Rs. 60,000/- (subject to applicable taxes).
6. Employment Status: This internship does not constitute an offer of employment or guarantee future employment/regularization. Interns will receive the specified stipend and will be subject to CDA rules regarding disciplinary matters and confidentiality.
7. Internship Management: The CDA has discretion over placement, duty assignments, and termination of the internship. Interns may request to terminate their internship with a 15-day written notice, but will not receive a completion certificate if terminated early.
